A proud San Antonio native, she has dedicated decades to causes that uplift her community.

From spearheading multi-million-dollar scholarship drives to ensuring the sustainability of key social-service programs, Norma transforms compassion into tangible impact.

Her career began at United Services Automobile Association and John Hancock, where she mastered life-insurance planning.

Later, she transitioned to the tourism sector with US Air, honing her customer-centered approach.

These experiences laid the foundation for co-founding Reyes Industries alongside her husband, Fernando, turning a family vision into a thriving enterprise.

Norma’s civic involvement is equally remarkable. She has served on boards and in executive roles with organizations such as the Lo Bello Women’s Club, Bexar County Family Justice Center, University Hospital Foundation, and the San Antonio Fiesta Commission.

Her induction into the San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame honors a lifetime of philanthropy and community stewardship.
