Assistant Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal with the United States Marshal Service, Morgan McMahon currently oversees 500 personnel in the Western District of Texas, the second-largest federal judicial district in the U.S. Marshal system.

An accomplished federal law enforcement professional, Morgan rose through the ranks to become one of less than 9% of females at the Deputy Marshal rank.

Her journey began at the Marshal’s training academy, where she learned techniques aiding her progression.

She serves on several national boards, including the Office of Inspection Complaints and Human Resources Merit Promotion Group.

Awards received include Federal Executive Board Supervisor of the Year and the 41st Director’s Honorary Distinguished Operational Group.

She is the proud parent of two stepsons, and her proudest lifelong accomplishment is adopting her nephew.

Morgan’s story reflects her dedication to breaking barriers in law enforcement, contributing to national initiatives, and achieving personal fulfillment through her family.
